At Fixo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all electronic devices and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fixo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
